Have you heard of The Rose? This amazing organization fights breast cancer in a unique way. By having your paid or insured mammogram at The Rose, you enable women without insurance get the care they need. Women with insurance and women who have the ability to pay for services help offset the costs of those who cannot pay. It is a mission. It works.

Two office locations (Galleria and Southeast) and fleet of mobile mammography vans serve women in and around the Houston area. Here are the numbers:  Last year, The Rose provided 27,837 screening and diagnostic procedures for those able to pay; 15,680 screening and diagnostic procedures at no charge to low income, uninsured women; 7,621 free patient navigation services to other treatment patients without insurance.
